World Regeneration (Artifice)

All worldgen added by Artifice can either be generated normally, or regenerated into existing worlds.
How it Works
When a chunk is saved, it's tagged with the regeneration key defined in the configuration file. When a chunk loads, the key stored on it is compared to the key in the configuration file, and if they differ (Or if the key doesn't exist in a pregenerated chunk) that chunk is marked as valid for regeneration. At that point any features set to regenerate will generate in those chunks with the currently set worldgen options.
